The first agent to replygets the buyer.
A lead comes in while you're mid-showing. Within a minute they have a text back and your agent has them on their phone. Your team sees every word.

How it works
One buyer. Five listings. Thirty-eight seconds.
Whoever answers first gets the buyer. We text back in under a minute, then your agent calls.
- Agent 1No reply yet
- Agent 2No reply yet
- Your teamReplied in 38 s
- Agent 4No reply yet
- Agent 5No reply yet

Why speed
The odds of qualifying a lead if called in 5 minutes versus 30 minutes drop 21 times.
Lead Response Management Study, Dr. James Oldroyd, 2007
That study was about calls. We text back in under a minute, in your team's name, and your agent calls inside two.

What you get
Four things, installed in a week.
- 01
New leads get a text inside a minute.
From a local number in your team's name, day or night. Then your agent's phone buzzes.
- 02
Missed calls get a text back.
The ones who answer get a call from your agent.
- 03
Showings get a day and a time.
The lead picks, your agent confirms, inside your real hours.
- 04
A short report every Sunday.
Leads in, reply times, appointments booked.
What your lead sees

Questions
The things teams ask on the call.
What does my agent see?
A text alert with the lead's name, where they came from, what they answered, and a link. Tap "I'm on it" and the texts stop and the lead gets one line saying you're calling. If nobody taps inside two minutes, everyone on the desk gets a second alert. Nothing falls through quietly.
Do I need a CRM?
No. Plenty of teams run on an inbox and a phone, and that works. I work from the lead notifications your team already gets, and nothing changes about where your leads live. If your lead form already feeds your CRM, the lead still lands there.
What number do the texts come from?
A local Canadian number in your team's name that I set up at kickoff. Texting is included in the price. Your current line stays exactly as it is; missed calls on it forward to the new number so they get a text back.
Is this a bot talking to my leads?
For the first texts, yes. I set it up and watch it. The first text is a template in your team's name: it says your agent will call in a couple of minutes and asks one question. Anything past that goes to your agent. Nothing written by an AI ever reaches a lead.
What if a lead comes in at 2 am?
They get a text within a minute saying you're closed and your agent will call first thing. If they reply, the conversation keeps going. Showing times only get offered inside your agents' real hours.
Is this allowed under CASL?
Yes. The lead's own inquiry is their consent to hear back about it. Every text names your team and carries STOP, opt-outs are honoured at once, and the log is kept.
How fast is setup?
Kickoff within 24 hours of the call. Most teams are live inside a week.
What does the guarantee cover?
If any lead waits longer than a minute for the first text in the first 30 days, the setup fee comes back. You can check the timestamps yourself.
What counts as a lead?
Any new inquiry with a mobile number from a source we connected. Landlines can't be texted, so those go straight to your inbox and your agent's phone and don't count. Spam batches are marked on the Sunday report and don't count either.
Can I stop?
Yes. It's month to month. Tell me and the next month isn't billed.
Book a call
Fifteen minutes. We'll work out how many leads you're sitting on.
